Hi,
My wife and two kids aged 2 and 1, were planned to return to Chennai on 15:55.(Shreeleela Balaji, Vidhathri Balaji, Tanushree Balaji, Krishnakumar Mehta)
They reached the Delhi airport by 15:05 and had no luggage.
Though the ticket was issued, The lady supervisor in the counter wasted 30 minutes in the name of verification / enquires. She was not understanding.
Had they cleared and issued the boarding pass, things would have been comfortable.
You should realize that it is not easy for a lady going with two kids (new born) and try to have humanity to help them reach your flight.
All the good reputations and hopes on you is getting shattered by such acts.
If the next flight of yours (Scheduled at 20:30) can be delayed for 41 minutes due to rain, why not she been allowed to board the flight when it was ready and still in airport.
Need a explanation for the same and solution too.
