Jet Airways — Claim for Missing Baggage

This is to inform that I was traveling from Entebbe to New Delhi via Abu Dhabi and landed in Delhi on 04/07/15. At Delhi my luggage was found missing and report was lodged . The baggage tag number is 0607EY367938. My name is Charit Bholowalia. Contact no. +91-[protected]. Address: D2-1008, summer palms, sector 86 faridabad.-121002, Haryana. I had requested for the claim for missing baggage for 2 days as I had to make purchases for things of daily usage including clothes. After lot of mailing to their person they are offering a petty amount of INR 2000 and also on top of it asking to spend the same amount of money to visit the Delhi airport and collect the amount. I believe this is very unjustifiable on their part as I am also their privileged member. I hope to get a resolution of my problem
