This is a complaint for JET AIRWAYS Employee 'LISELLE REMODIOS' who operates at Pune Airport.
I had a flight booking from PUNE to DELHI, then connected FLIGHTS from DELHI to SRINAGAR and vice versa.
Due to a medical emergency at home, and an admission in hospital, I reached Pune airport just 30 min before and could not make expected 45 min time.
I agree, my delay.
I requested her to consider this as exception, as I was traveling after a medical emergency situation and also with my family, but her is the fact...
rather than understandingg or even listening situation, she did not talk well, and after a bit of conversation, started talking rude, with full of ARROGANCE, ATTITUDE and in fact said 'YOU WILL NOT BOARD THE FLIGHT'.
I requested as I was traveling with my family, when they too requested (ladies from my family), her behavior was intact and was FULL OF ENETHICAL VALUES.
I contacted Airport Authority and manager, Mr.Suresh and then spoke to Mr.Wilson, whereas she gave them also false information that I was abusing her, which was not the case, I was travelling with my family, why would I do so.
IN SUCH AN ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT, I WANT STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH MANNERLESS AND ARROGANT EMPLOYEE, and want this concern to be escalated to JET AIRWAYS TEAM.
I have travelled with JET Domestically and Internationally various times, but she is the first one I came across who does not even know how to deal with CUSTOMER, even a polite NO would have been fine, I don't care for my lost 10, 000 Rs, but behavior should be good.
I am not sure, what action will happen on post this e-mail, but I want a STRICT ACTION AGAINST HER so that same is not repeated.
