On your website, I am unable to use Credit Card or Debit Card to purchase a ticket. It gives me following message:
"Sorry. We were unable to get an authorization from the bank for your payment. Please verify your payment details and try again. Alternatively, you can choose to pay using another payment option."
PLEASE, FIX THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I have tried multiple cards from different banks. It must be really bothering thousands of customers like me.
There is no Net-Banking option while buying tickets via JP Miles. This is urgent!
Have you created an online strategy not to let customers redeem their JP Miles? Really terrible customer care from you!

Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i am in UAE and want to use Jet miles before expiring on March 31. They sent me an email that I cannot be contacted on my UAE mobile so I provided them a new one and tried to call also internationally. waiting time is 15minutes. I will not want to get huge mobile bill by calling them. tried to send them emails, no reply. only the stupid automatic replies you will receive. No wonder a lot of European and US companies have relocated their call centres/customer cares to other countries.
This airline is a joke.
My miles will expire just because of this company's customer care inefficiency.
