Jet Airways — damage baggage during flight between dehradun to pune

My check-in baggage was damaged during travel from dehradun to pune on 03 feb 2019. (Attached image of baggage)
I tried to contact jetairways counter at pune airport but no one was available at that time except one ticketing agent who gave one id to drop email.
I sent email to jet airways to check the issue and process refund as applicable. Its almost 4 weeks and i don't see any refund from jetairways
Instead they always said, they are checking. Please help to get required amount asap.
