Jet Airways — Damage of luggage

Today i was travelling from lucknow to guwahati (via delhi).my lugage was booked in lucknow & when it arrived guwahati & bagage clearance done that time it was found completely damage due to mishandling by airline team.
now i need replacement of the same asap.
detail photographs & orher details attached .need immideate action on this.
