Jet Airways — Damaged baggage and rude behaviour of jet airways officials

Though jet airways was my preferred carrier, i had a very biter experience during my journey yesterday.
I traveled from calicut (ccj) to lucknow (lko) on[protected], through jet airways with transit through mumbai and new delhi. the pnr is wlewnv.
The moment i collected by baggage from the lucknow airport, it is noticed that the baggage was irreparably damaged due to the rough handling by the ground handling team. hence, i seek compensation from jet airways fro the losses and related mental stress it caused on me.
Further to it, i just want to narrate the great ordeal i underwent at lucknow airport, yesterday, in this regard due to the arrogance of the jet airways officials there.
I have noticed the damage caused to the luggage the moment i collected it from the conveyor belt. though i searched for the officials of jet airways, none was seen around. at last, since there were no other option, i checked with some of the airport officials and security personnel available there and they suggested me to approach the jet airways counter, which was just out side the 'departure lobby'.
The moment i reached in front of the jet airways counter (around 7.40 pm), the lady inside the counter has shouted at me saying that 'the counter is closed', without inquiring with me my requirements. when i told her that i have approached the counter not to avail any services, but to lodge a complaint, she coolly told me that, i must approach the jet airways officials inside the airport, though she is very much aware that, i can't reenter the airport. when i pointed out this, she has affixed a stamp on my boarding pass with her signature and told me to get into the airport through the 'departure' gate. though i have pointed out her that, i will be denied admission, she specifically told me to get inside through the 'departure' gate.
When i approached the 'departure' gate, the security officials have stopped me there and told that i can't enter the airport. again i went back to the jet airways counter. the lady, rather than talking to me have shown some gestures and asked me to again approach the security personnel. once again i approached the security personal, but they stick on their stands.
When i explained the situation to the security personnel, they helped me by calling the concerned person (one mr mohd mohsin haider) from jet airways.
The moment i explained my grievances to mr haider, he, without even looking into the issue and putting an apology, straight away ridiculed me in front of all assembled there, that, the damage to the luggage was caused not because of the rough handling, but because my luggage is of sub-standard quality. he was very adamant to hear my contentions and even was not willing to accept any complaint from me, squarely refusing everything and directing me to call your 'call centre'. when i asked for his business card, he refused. since all my efforts went in vain, i have taken a photograph of mr haider's identity card just to ascertain the individual with whom i had discussions. he again ridiculed me in front of everyone by asking me further that 'do you need anything else' with a gesture resembling to unbuttoning of his shirt.
The rough handling of my luggage by your ground handling team had caused me financial loss and related mental stress. adding to it, the disgusting and ridiculing behaviour of your officials at lucknow airport has humiliated me in front of all present there and had a sever impact on my well being.
I seek adequate compensation for the financial loss and mental stress caused to me because of the above mentioned incidents, otherwise, i will be constrained to initiate suitable recourse action against all responsible.
