[Resolved] Jet Airways — delay in 9w 455 bom hyd k - economy classic | |||
Date:17-oct-2018 I got my ticket from bom to hyd in 9w 455 which is supposed to arrive at hyd at 9:05pm. Based on this i booked a bus ticket to my final destination vijayawada. The scheduled time of bus departure is 10:40pm from gachibowli. Since route till gachibowli is via orr, there wont be much traffic. But i have kept 1 hr buffer time to accomodate any delay in baggage arrival or any congestion. I was travelling alone, hence didnt want to book late night bus. But, to my surprise flight got delayed by 2hrs there was no specific reason mentioned. We boarded flight around 8:30 and flight got take - off only around 9:45pm and landed at 10:30pm. I hardly got 10 mins to take bus. I tried for help to reach any of your associates. None of them are available at arrivals or baggages. I found one lady with jet dress code, she told that she cant to anything. I was left alone in strange city with no clue. I missed my bus and since it is festival season all the buses are full and i had to travel to mgbs to take some bus and could reach my final destination. There is no accountability taken for the delay happened by airlines. If i had missed my next connecting flight to any international, i m sure they wouldnt be bothered. We truly believe delay could be of genuine reasons, but we travel by air to reduce the travel time and be on time. I request airlines to compensate on my bus ticket Was this information helpful? | |||
