Jet Airways — Delay in my flight journey due to which i couldn't reach my destination on time

This is regarding my journey on 15 th june from mangalore to visakhapatnam when i booked my tickets before day with flight pnr no: pszzpx and flight numbers 9w303 from mangalore to mumbai timing 9 am to 10:25 am and flight no: 9w979 from mumbai to visakhapatnam timing 11 am to 1 pm. I have to reach my destination visakhapatnam by 1pm on 15 th june. But because of your flight delay which started from mangalore at 11:30 am i couldnt reach my destination. They left us at mumbai and said we cant book another flight right now. I request jet airway authorities to arrange some flight as i have to reach visakhapatnam because my mother died but they couldnt arrange. I faced a lot of mental trauma agony. Really felt so bad. I am just helpless about the way you are treating customers. They arranged me 9wo451 mumbai to hyderabad at 4:20 pm which reached hyderabad at 6pm. But i couldnt reach visakhapatnam. This is really absurd on your part. A passenger whose mother died and have to reach visakhapatnam by 1 pm is still in hyderabad at 6pm without any alternate flight to visakhapatnam from hyderabad. Its really shame on your part to give such nonsense service. If i would gone by bus i would have reached my destination far before than what your nonsense flights did. You should pay back all my money for the useless service which you have given. Better close your nonsense jet airways. You cant understand passengers difficulties. I cried in the airport for my mothers death. I couldnt reach my destination because of your idiotic services.
