I travelled with jet airways on may 30, 2017 from ams to del. After waiting almost two hrs on delhi airport, i went the jet airways office to find out the status of my baggage. They told me that its missed and will delivery at home. So far this was not that bad. Next day my baggage got delivered with wrapped on plastic sheet. I was stunned to see the condition of my bag. I heard bag get damaged but it was burnt. Lot of stuff was missing. Whatever the stuff left there, that also was burnt. Even the delivery person got shocked to see the condition of the bag.
I register the complainant to get proper compensation and my referenceid=[protected] and after 5 month i am just hearing their apology and nothing else.
I am not sure my voice will get heard over here but taking a chance if someone responsible from jet airways see the message and take proper action. Was this information helpful? |
