Jet Airways — Delayed baggage claim

This is regarding of my delayed baggage(all 5) on flight from Doha to Qatar on 6th of Nov, mybbaggange got delayed more than 24 hours they said rhat a claim of 4000 INR will be processed. Even after following up multiple time no positive response & no refund has been made. PNR : MTYVFF, flight 9W553 MHB ReferenceID=[protected]' Baggage delayed claim
