Jet Airways — denial of web check boarding pass

I was booked on 9w540 24th dec. 17 22.25 hrs. From mumbai to muscat and also did web checkin. I reached 9.30 at the counter but was refused to issue boarding pass because i was late by 5 mins.

I had to book for 9w 540 for 25th dec. 22.25 hrs. And had to pay rs. 5376/- being difference in fare. The pnr is ybgllk and the ticket #[protected]. And now the said flight was delayed by 1 hr. 35 minutes.

I was delayed by 5 min. And i was refused boarding whereas now the flight was delayed by over 1 1/5 hrs.. Because of the 5 minutes delay, i had to pay rs. 5, 376/- and the inconvenience of returning home. I also missed christmas with my family in muscat.

And the inconvenience of reaching in the middle of early morning the next day, to arrange transport, etc. Because of the delayed flight.

I have reported the said matter to the call centre of jet airways and spoke to mr. Ankhit jain but to no avail.
