Jet Airways — denied to board the flight on 23rd dec 2018

We had booked 4 tickets to mangalore (Pnr no. Pnakkh) from mumbai thru a travel agent for travelling on 23rd dec 2018 at 9.30 am flight. We had booked these tickets in the month of july. During this period, we had received message from airlines twice that the flight has been delayed by 15 minutes and hence the flight will take off at 9.45 am.

On 23rd dec, though we had reached the airport by 8.50 am, we were not issued boarding pass and we were told that already 150 passengers have been boarded the flight. We are sure jet had allotted our seats to some other passengers (23rd dec flight cost, per passenger was rs.25000). They did not even had the courtesy to accommodate us in next flight. I am sure the flight was on time, and they sent us the message for 15 minutes flight delay, just to fool us.

At that moment, i requested them to cancel my tickets, so that at least i will get some money refund. The counter staff told me that they cancelled my ticket and now i got a refund of rs.296 per passenger for no show.

First of all, they utilized my tickets and made extra bucks and even they ate my ticket money, as well. This is how you fool your customers, which is not at all fair. After losing our entire airfare, we had to buy bus tickets for double the cost and travel mangalore all the way for the next 20 hours by bus.

Further, while returning from mangalore to mumbai though our flight was at 16.10 hours, the boarding counter was open till 16.10 pm and flight took off at 16.25 hours. Now where your rule & regulations have gone? Are they only for your convenience?

Under the above circumstances, i request you to kindly refund my full airfare without any further delay.
