Jet Airways — did not receive refund for booked flight

Hi team,

I had booked my flight from bangalore to delhi on 9th may 19 and amritsar to bangalore on 25 may 19 but flights were cancelled due to shut down of company.

From that time we are still waiting for refund.

Please let us know when we can receive it as i have contacted the merchant through where we have booked but so far no reply from them as well.
