Jet Airways — Dinner not served

Hi, I am regular commuter between Mumbai and Chennai through flights. Recently I travelled in JetAirways flight 9W 487 PNR:ELGDJD ON 04-DEC-2014. I had a very cumbersome journey right from the check in till landing. Firstly the kiosk machine placed near the ticket counters wont accept my frequent flyer number, so I had to go back in queue and check in again to get my frequent flyer no punched in. Then came the big turn off, in spite of booking veg Asian dinner, the in flight services said they don't have any dinner left and served us bread and raita. This is not acceptable and they didn't even offer any alternate meal. If you are charging for dinner, plz make sure we get served what we booked. Regards Niveshram
