I had a booking for a flight on 30 Aug 2015 5.50. Am flight no 9w410. I was at airport at 5.00 am at counter I got print out of air ticket at 5.08 I was at the counter by the time the crowd got cleared they closed the counter which is not my mistake as per guideline I was 45 mins prior... now the airlines says no call no show which I don't understand and I am told that the refund Wil not be processed.. which I am not happy about I need a refund or else I Wil have to take action which won't be suitable for a creditbitly of jet airways...
