Sir, The mails given below are self explanatory. The ticket was booked through your Bangalore office. Immediatly on receipt of the ticket I had again called your Bangalore office number and they promised to get back in 24 Hrs. Please do the needful urgently. The name should have been RAGHUNANDANAN MENON and NOT Mrs A Menon. The name given in e ticket no.[protected] is correct as Mrs. A Sujatha, actually my wife's name. I just now talked to your Bangalore office. please do the needfull.
