Jet Airways — flight booking

Highly disappointed with jet airways service.
Issue no. 1- flight reschedule request was not considered despite of the fact that we provided all medical document in support of the medical reason we mentioned at the time of request to the support team. After long discussion and plead we end up booking another flight.
Details of flight booked for 7aug for your reference -
Pnr - lunnut

Issue no. 2 -
My parents were not allowed to board the flight (Pnr no. Quzyjz) just because my mother is patient and was traveling to mumbai for her regular check up. We pleaded to jet airways staff asking them to allow us as by not doing so she might miss her regular check up for that month. She was fine at the time of traveling. We showed them my mother's medical report where doctor has no where mentioned that she is unfit to travel by air.
The staff was rude enough to advise us to travel by any other airline. Unfortunately just to ensure that she shouldn't miss her regular follow-up we booked another flight at much higher price for same day booking with another airline.

Having said this such kind of service make us realize that other airlines are far better than yours as they are considerate enough to understand the persons situation and handle with maturity and accountability.

We being middle class family had to spent nearly 30 thousand on flight just because of this unjust and inhuman behavior displayed by jet airways personnel.

I would appreciate if you could consider this case as matter o[censored]rgency and action this so that this should not happen with other passengers in future. And above all i would claim extra expense which we beared for booking another flight.
Total expense 13 thousand which at least i should expect you guys to refund because we end up paying extra amount to other airlines for booking flight for that day (9 aug).
