Jet Airways — flight cancellation and refund due

My flight from goa to mumbai was cancelled without notice on 26/03/19. The flight was 9w 496 at 6.55am. The booking reference was bxphnj. My e-ticket was[protected]. As i had an ongoing flight to london at 9.30am on 9w 116 i had to book an alternative internal flight on spice jet sg-611 at 5.25am in order to catch that flight. I had to pay 7327 rupees, which is £81.41. When i was directed to the refund officer at mumbai he said i had to contact you in england as i paid for my original ticket in pounds. 1. e-ticket for booking reference BXPHNJ in full and each recept in full,

2. The name and office address, where you had contacted regarding refund,
along with name of officer, if he or she had introduced.
