Jet Airways — flight cancellation jet airways | |||
We bought a flight from Lisbon (LIS) to Delhi about 6 months prior do departure, the company was Jet Airways. The flight date was: 28th April and return at 9thMay. We receved a notification from Jet Arways at 23th April informing that the company had suspended all flights. We had to buy other tickets with another company, paying 3 times more, and so far we have not received any refunds or compensation. We contacted the company, we got no answer. We contacted the online travel agency (Edreams) we bought the flights, the answer is always the same: "they don´t have any answer from Jet Airways". What else can we do? Cancelled ticket money not refunded from March 2019 so please refund as soon as possible.
