Jet Airways — flight cancellation refund not received

My Jet Airways return flight no. 9W 0019 from Singapore to Delhi for June 14 2019 was cancelled by the airlines vide their letter dated Apr 18 2019. I filled the form for refund at https://www.jetairways.com/information/disruption-assistance.aspx the same day, and I received their mail on April 23, in which they confirmed that my refund had been processed and that it would reflect in my account within 2-3 weeks. However, more than 45 days have elapsed but I have not received the refund, despite reminders.
My booking confirmation code is CRXPVV, and ticket nos. are
