Jet Airways — flight delay by 2 hrs without any intimation (business loss) | |||
I am briefing my experience of today[protected] with jet airways 9w-903 where my parents are traveling from delhi (Del 07-30 am) to kolkata (Ccu 09:30), actually it's business trip and accordingly to flight schedule i've planned everything from hotel booking, cab booking, meeting with client and other work, once i called to parents at 09:45 am i socked to listen that still they are delhi and since morning all the passengers are just gathered and waiting for the pilot to come. If there is some issue you should information us earlier, at least i should have some options left to opt to alternate but nothing is like that. Sorry but i'm not sure how you can make such silly mistake where no pilot is aligned on flight. Just to avoid any delay we all wake up at 03:30 am so that everything could be done hassle free but due to such great work done by jet airways the whole trip is vanished. Now this trip is almost useless for me because client has their own schedule and he simply denied wait for it. Do you've any justification of it?? I've spend more than 20000/-, who is responsible for this? I'm not going to refer anyone "jet airways"... Ever Was this information helpful? | |||
