[Resolved] Jet Airways — flight delayed for more than 2 hours, due to that i missed my connecting bus

On 21st june 2018 i am traveling from mumbai to hyderabad, flight time is 7:35 pm, but flight started at 10:30 pm, reached hyderabad at 11:30 pm and i booked my bus at 11:00 pm due to delay of flight i missed my bus. Cost of bus ticket is 700/- who is responsible for that, as a customer that is loss for me please take action on jet airways and please help to customers. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
