Jet Airways — Flight delayes 4 hours plus no entertain on flight

Me and my husband return from India on 17th Feb 2015 on flight 9W 122. We boarded the plane sat there for 1 hour was not allowed to use the toilets only half passengers on plane. We complained to see why plane was not taking off. Informed by staff that they have no idea so they sent us off plane we took our baggage had to go through security again have new boarding pass issued again so much confusion in security has they had no idea what was going on. We were sent to terminal for lunch then had to board plane again so went through security again. sat on plane for another 3.5 hours not allowed to use toilets no entertainment working no air conditioning working. No water offered to passengers. Plane took off but passengers were complaining for reasons thats when pilot told us there was a technical fault. Throughout the 9.5 hour journey there was no entertainment on board, the engineer could not reslove the problem
