Hi Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the flight booked for Delhi to Pune on 29th June ( S24351) with PNR # NBXQJF .
I was at Del airport at T3 terminal at 02:35 AM IST . But due to inappropriate service and guidance I could not board the flight . As, No automatic machines were working so that I could have generated my boarding pass by myself . I had to get in a single large queue to reach to the counter for getting my boarding pass . And the most important part was, asap I reached to counter (at 02:50) I was said that "Sorry sir we cant generate the Boarding pass as Boarding gate has already been closed" .
However, my flight was scheduled to board at 03:20 AM IST, still I was refused to get the boarding pass and also no quick action was taken for the possibilities .
As a compensation I want atleast a refund amount i.e. 70% of my booked amount .
Please take it on priority .
