Jet Airways — Flight missing after getting boarding pass

I am with my family were travelling from kuwait to cochin via abudhabi on 9th june 2016 and we had received boarding pass from kuwait for jetairwsys abudhabi to cochi.we reached at abudhabi airport as per schedule time but jet airways denied to carry us .we were around 50 passengers. I had made complaint to jet airways but so far no action received from your side.I have required your immediate reply on this matter
