Jet Airways — For not allowed me into the floght

I already taken my boarding pass before 45 minutes and i'm seating next to the gate which the flight is takeoff. My flight time is 9:20 am and i'm seating near at the door and when i came at the tunnel the crew members dont allowed me to enter into the flight. I was there around 9:12 am. my flight name is : 9W 2481 AMD and 9W 458 BOM. So plzz.. i'm requesting to you that do me favour and solve this problem ASAP.
