Jet Airways — garbage and food waste throwing

Sir, from last week i saw many peoples and outsiders threw their wastes on my house goingroad and there is no one who stops them. Now its look like a dumpyard. I saw in sector 46map there is a big road but many houses build up their garden on it. Its a serious situation because its a starting of a dumpyard. Area sec46 gateno.1 house no.148 side place.
