Hi Team,
Kindly refund my amount because it was cut twice for the same journey.When I
Use online payment option first time, Due to Technical error, amount got deducted but ticket was not generated, but when I do on the second time it is successful and both the amount is cut from my
account. So, please refund my one transaction amount which was not
unsuccessful.
I tried calling to the customer care, but those are misguiding. Also sent mail to [protected]@jetairways.com. But not received a single revert
