First of all thank you for SPOILING my day. My pnr is HQELHM I was travelling from Ktm on 9W 0259 and had a connecting flight 9W 0834 from Delhi to Bangalore. I was accompanied by a jet airways official at Delhi airport for my flight to Bangalore. I even checked with him beforehand whether I would be able to check in one of my baggage as I wanted to purchase a liquor and was assured it would be done then only I bought. After reaching the check in counter I was told that I wont be able to check in so I was TOLD by jet officials to throw away my $50 liquor despite requesting several times. Most amusingly when I said its not my fault that the connecting time is ridiculously low I was told that "You are the one who bought the ticket", oh how much I regret that I did that and will make sure no one in my close vicinity will ever make a mistake of buying Jet Airways tickets again. Not to forget I had to run 15 mins with my two cabin baggage due to which my legs are still cramped. This is totally unacceptable and I will do what it takes to file a consumer complaint regarding this. Saddest thing is Delhi airport is an interface for most tourists and if this is the kind of experience they get after reaching a country I can imagine why the perception of so many about the people here is so bad so please be responsible about the image of the country at least. I have never had a worse experience than this specially because of the jet staff at delhi. I hope you guys who call themselves a premier airlines will at least show some courtesy to reply and recover my financial loss.
