Dear sir, i booked ticket from bhopal to mumbai with pnr no ctgcme. Due to operational reasons as mentioned by airways flight no 9w-2898 had cancelled and i was not perform the journey. I have reached many time to you but still i did not get my money back against my above mentioned pnr. last 4 month i waiting my refund ticket number[protected] Dubai Mumbai
and Mumbai Dubai 30th of May 2019, your flat not available that date,
i so many time contact your call center and costumer center but not any reply
even i send my account numbers for return money,
i hope from jet any reply
