Dear sir,
my name is ASFAK HANIF SHEKHANI, i had a journey to jeddah from your flight which details had 9W-522 on Date[protected] time-07:25 pm was missed by your airport staff's fault...i was reach at door sharp 7:15...but your staff didn't allow me & my family to enter into flight..i request to your staff at the time for open the door of flight but they didn't listen & misbehave with me .they ruin me and abuse me & my family.
i request you to that please refund my amount which i lost by your staff's fault.
or i will apply to consumer court..because of your airport staff's fault
i atthached my visa copy-boarding pass-imigration stamp page and my ticket...please reply me ASAP
