I have travelled from london to hyderbad on 4 feb 2018. At mumbai i supposed to connecting flight at 3. Due to immigration que and late arival bagage i was few seconds late reach gate. I was not advised by any single staff to guide to go gate. The staff is vey careless and not even bothered to make us happy. No guidence. Like me nearly 15 people. Among them 6 forigners also there. No jet staff are taken care and advised us properly. They leave us like non human beings. Even sr staff memebers also not bothered anything. We were waiting at counter for hours. They don't bother any thing by that we traveled 9 hrs and feeling hungry and thirsty.
They did not give any cerrtainity about our next connecting flight. We were waiting near the counter like animalas.
You might have received the similar complaints about the staff.

Need reimbursement for that.
There is no prior intimation and feedback from jet airways people's for such delay otherwise we would have been planned and complete other works
