Jet Airways — Induction was broken in my check-in baggage

I (Sinduja SasiRose Asokan) travelled from Tiruchirappalli(TRZ) to Mumbai(BOM) on 22 Jan 2017 and the flights details are as follows,

Flight number: 9W2751(Tiruchirappalli(TRZ) to Chennai(MAA))
9W0429(Chennai(MAA) to Mumbai(BOM))

When i was given my check-in baggage in Tiruchirappalli(TRZ), the induction was in good condition in the baggage.When I received the baggage in Mumbai(BOM), the induction top was broken into small pieces even though we have packed it safely.So you have to take the responsibility for the damage.

I travelled from Dammam to Chennai on 12th January in Jet Airways. I reached chennai on 13th. But my 2 checked baggage are missing. I made complaint on 13th January in Chennai Airport. The file number for missing bags are 9W777858 and 9W777857. Till now no response for my missing bags. Till now no action taken by Jet Airways. Please take action.
