[Resolved] Jet Airways — Infant added in ticket, taken money, ticket lost and not providing ticket again | |||
Dear sir / mam This is rupil dev lamsar, i booked the airplane tickets from hdfc credit card and get the ticket of jetairways by redeeming the jpmiles... We have two ticket journey 2 june for delhi to jodhpur And 15 june for jodhpur to delhi On june 2nd my wife travelled and also taken two way return ticket for my baby they charged 2870 rs for infant (Both sides) they gave the print of ticket at igi airport delhi But unfortunately my wife misplaced the combined ticket in which infant is added. We had conversation with jet airways customer care but they are saying that you infant is not added in the ticket... If infant is not added in ticket then how the infant travelled when i have boarding pass copy of my baby... So please take actions for this.. I have some attachments which are necessary and helpful for you... 1. Boarding pass of my wife 2. Boarding pass of my baby (Puyol) which clearly shows pnr number same as on my wife's Pnr no. Is : ruyqvo Ticket no of wife is :[protected] So i requested them to kindly resolve and provide me a copy of ticket which is having names of both my wife and my infant son puyol. Marked several mails on different addresses but no reply came. And the automailer says they will get back me soon but that also not happening. Please help me as next journey is just 4 days away.
