Hello sir, my jetairways pnr number is enaqcr referring to the flight sector from imphal to guwahati which was cancelled by airlines on the 22nd of june 2017 and my journey date was on 23rd of june 2017. I'm really not happy with the cancellation since i was only notified in the evening at 6:47 pm but i still have my flight from guwahati to new delhi on 23rd of june itself. Which i have to manage it taking a different flight immediately spoke to your customer care agents and they could not provide any alternate options, it cost a huge amount to me. I would like a compensation for this inconvenience since i have spend a triple amount of the flight that i book from imphal to guwahati. I contact the jet airlines staff in imphal airport and they told me the flights for jet airways has been stop since the month of march. If that is the case jetairlines should have informed me or given notification much earlier as the ticket was book back in january. Just a 12 hours notification is not acceptable. I want a compensation for all this inconvenience cause from the airlines side. Raise a complaint to jet airways playing a blaming game with the travel agent. It's the airlines should directly informed me about the cancellation or schedule like i got from indigo.
