Jet Airways — international flight rescheduled and now impossible to catch the connection | |
I had booked the Flight from Berlin to Delhi on the Jet Airways site as TXl - AMS - DEL for 02.04.2019 The Itenary was 02.04.2019 TXL (09:05) - AMS (10:35) 02.04.2019 AMS (11:40) - DEL (23:25) Now Jet Airways have rescheduled the 2nd connection as 02.04.2019 AMS (10:25) - DEL (23:25) Which makes my 2nd slot useless; what kind of service is this? and as the whole itinerary ticket is booked from JetAirways, this should be taken care of by JetAirways. This is so irresponsible from a company like this offering international travels. They canceled another flight as well form Jaipur to Indore. Was this information helpful? | |

You are adviced to contact e-ticket issuing air carrier directly via phone or in person
in order to get the nearest connecting flight till final destination (airport) according to the primary booking (PNR) for 2 April.
Usually, the reprsentative (operator ) of air carrier satisfies such request without additional trubles.
If the qualified request is not satisfied, the passenger can claim the compensation in the German court or in Indian court according to the rules of the court.
Based on information of mass media, which is not part of a legal contract betwen the air carrier and passenger, untill proved in the court,
Jet Airways air carrer had been experincing lack of competence in the managent of the air carrier.
