My iphone 6s plus fell under the business class seat when flight went thru turbulence. On searching for it, it was untraceable and cabin crew said that business class seats are cannot be opened easily and hence they would get the flight searched later on. Now after following the case since 10 days, i get get a reply that it's not the airlines responsibility if the phone is missing. Had i been told this then i wouldn't have got off the flight till the phone was searched and found. I am very unhappy with this kind of attitude. Please call me on [protected] to sort the matter.
