Jet Airways — issue about online payment which was declined yet amount was deducted from my account

This for your kind information that, i was trying to book a ticket from riyadh to bagdogra and also a return ticket for the same which was priced 2037 sar. After completing the whole process, i made the payment but the payment was declined and yet money was deducted from my account. This is message i received :

Please look into the matter so that i can book a new ticket.
