Jet Airways — Issuing duplicate PNR | |||
I booked a ticket on 16th August for Ranchi-Kolkata flight (9W 2859) for 28th August. I received a email confirming my booking and pdf ticket on 16th August at 10.50 am. The PNR for my ticket is XTWPPQ. At 11.06 am I received another mail, where with the same PNR (XTWPPQ) ticket has been issued to some Mr Dilawar Hussain for a Mumbai-Bangalore flight on 17th August and a Ranchi-Kolkata flight on 28th August. When I tried to check my booking details i Jet Airways website, it is not allowing to log-in with my name. However, with the same PNR, it is allowing to check details using Mr Dilawar Hussain's name. There is no booking in my name but Jet Airways has promptly accepted my payment. I wrote to [protected]@jetairways.com on 17th August pointing out this error and requested them correct it. I have also logged in a complaint in their website. Three days gone by, still I have not received even an acknowledgement mail forget about any resolution. In a follow-up mail yesterday, I copied Mr Naresh Goyal and their Head of HR. Still no respite!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
