Dear Jet team,
I had travelled from Mumbai to Chennai on 04.05.2015 morning in flight no. 9W 0463. Actually I was supposed to fly in 9W 0465 flight but to save time I had taken a change and flown in the previous flight 9W 0463. When I reached Chennai I
found my luggage was not arrived in Chennai and upon enquiring I had been told that the luggage will arrive in the next flight 9W 0465 from mumbai. I registered a complaint at the airport and they said the luggage will be delivered to home via CAB.
At afternoon 1:45 PM the luggage was arrived. My 3 Bags were tied with a tight rope to the backside of the two wheeler. I was shocked to see the condition in which it was delivered.
While opening the bag I found one of the Make up box which I purchased for gifting someone was broken. Could you please explain is this is the way our baggage is handled by jet team. The Gift was worth 30$ and now I cant even gift to someone. Who will compensate for this loss. Please explain.
