Jet Airways — Jet AirJet Airways - Pre pone my Journey from 20 July to Feb 28/ 2015 from Bangalore to Delhi to toronto

I lodged a complaint on Feb 21/ 2015 to pre pone my journey from Bangalore to Toronto and Jet Airways are asking me to pay $ 830 or Rs 55, 000 because there is no seat available in Economy class until end of March 2015.I am willing to pay Rs 10, 000 for the penalty.Then Jet Airways are advertising big discount for International travels. Its strange that no seats are available in economy class until March 2015 but after March the penalty will be $ 540 This is how they are trying to rip of people who needs to travel in emergency. I would like if some one would look into this matter and get back to me as it is an emergency at the same time $ 830 is big money for me to pay penalty as my return ticket is much cheaper than penalty.
