Jet Airways — Jet Airways not Co-operate to Name Correction of passengers [ PNR No- GUUKSO]

Sir, We have booked Flight of Jet Airways, PNR No- GUUKSO from-MUMBAI TO KATHMANDU of 05 feb. 2015. There was spelling mistake in passenger's name, we had discussed and also request to respected agents (Goibibo.com) & airlines authorities (JetAirways) to please correct the name as per passport of the passengers. But they, Refuse and ask me to cancel booking and re- book the flight with current fair also bear the charges of last ticket as that Booking was non-refundable. hence we request you to please take our point in your show and give us solutions for same. Please Note :- This is an very urgent (as only 2days are left to board the flight). Please refer our communication details (Below attach) to understand our case. Allow me to clarify that, such changes are not permissible once the ticket is issued. Hence, we cannot authorise any such changes on an agent issued ticket.
