Dear sir/madam:
With ref. to the a/m PNR, I am really sorry to say that you have utterly untrained and uneducated staff. Your manager on ground duty, Mr. Akil who was on duty on 19 th February had misbehaved with me.
It was because of your mismanagement I missed my flight 9W 548 on 19th February. The flight timing was 7:45 pm and I was at airport by 6:25, and had cleared all formalities of check in and boarding. I don't know what went wrong and how did I missed my flight. When I asked your personnel, Mr Akil to help me in easing my anxiety, in spite of behaving politely he misbehaved with me. It is rule that announcement should be made number of times if certain passenger fail to reach on time. But it was only once that the announcement was made and I had reached within 5 mins of announcement. In spite of that I missed my flight.
I had to spend one entire night at airport and also additional Rs.4532.00 I had to paid for another flight. As I believe hotel facility have to be provided by you. Unfortunately I didn't get any positive response.
I now request you to kindly help me with my compensation. You are free to look into matter and do the needful.
