Jet Airways — jet airways website bug, - booked same ticket twice called for refund and refund only ticket price not the convenience fee paid online

I booked a ticket on jetairways website on 21st of september, while booking, got an error saying 'unfortunately your session has been time out, please start again' - i booked again, and later i got 2 tickets from them. I called in to cancel one - but they just refunded the ticket price, not the convenience fee that i paid online for the 1st ticket. Its their website bug, not my fault! Gave many calls, emails to jetairways, but no solution so far.
