The last few flights while I'm booked on K class ticket in economy and blocked my seat (10C or 10D), on arriving at the airport I was informed I have to pay for the seat and it has been released! I'm shocked at the blatant behavior of Jet's employees - the jet web-site says that Platinum guests on K class tickets do not have to pay for the seats. So WHY are they asking me to pay for these seats????
Also, very strangely the web check-in no longer works and it says this is a paid service and cannot be completed when I've tried to web-checkin (irrespective of whether its within 48 hours or 4 hours of flight departure).
Jet should either tell us that Platinum doesn't make any difference and I still have to pay for blocking seats even in classes outside of W & O, or they should stop trying to fleece their loyalty program guests and inconvenience them! Jet's service is any way deteriorating every day and now even their JP program is hitting new lows!
I hope someone will try and remedy this or stop the service/loyalty program altogether. And, the Freddy awards should be audited for what they actually study to award these airlines for such third grade services. Was this information helpful? |
