Jet Airways — Jet Privilege points not credited | |||
My JP number is[protected]. Jet Airways is in partnership with HolidayIQ and gives JP miles to members who post Hotel reviews on HoildayIQ which are accepted and published. I submitted a Hotel review on Sptember 21, 2014 which was accepted and published on the HolidayIQ website the same day however Jet Airways did not credit 150 points to my account as per the offer. I have provided Jet Privilege the review submission confirmation mail from HolidayIQ, the link to my review on the HolidayIQ website as well as pasted my review on the website in a mail to them in multiple mails since September 21 however Jet Airways has very shabbily going round in circles by giving canned responses saying I will get a response in 72 hours and then asking for the same proofs that I sent (as mentioned above). They have been playing this game for three months now and there is no end in sight. Once in October, one of their staff called me up and was talking about Trip Advisor when the matter dealt with HolidayIQ. He said he will call me back however never did. This is not expected from a brand like Jet Airways! Was this information helpful? | |||
