Last 2 weeks I have been desperately trying to book seats to/from Paris on your partner airlines. Your Jet Privilege Service Centre handling this function is the most inefficient one. They do not know the subject, cannot handle a customer query or satisfy a customer requirement. They have to be approached only on Email. Response time is 72 hours, by which time the PNR lapses. They don't know how much I have to pay as Surcharge and taxes, they don't know how much is the free baggage allowance, terms and conditions of booking on partner airlines. They pointed me to Air France, who promptly pushed me back saying that it has to be handled only by Jet Airways. For every query there is a 72 hour time line for response, which is killing and testing my patience. The guys on the phone keep telling me that I must only send mails to the Backend and they will only send replies on email. Your Backend seems to be forbidden to call or speak to your customers and that's very funny to believe. During the last 2 weeks there has not been a single instance when your service center proactively called me and tried to satisfy my requirement. It's a very frustrating experience to say the least. Result is I cannot travel during the summer holidays and redeem the JP Miles which I painstakingly accumulated to spend time with my family in Europe the coming summer. Thanks to Jet Airways..
