Jet Airways — lack of in flight entertainment

I would like to make a formal complaint about my flight 9w 121. Whilst travelling to new delhi from heathrow, it appeared that my inflight screen was broken.

After consulting your staff at least 3 times, nothing was accomplished and i was even ignored by two members of staff when waiting.

I paid a lot of money for this flight, so to have no in flight entertainment and no remorse shown by your staff, i believe this is more than enough reason for hefty compensation.

Your in flight team, took my details and said they would be in contact with regards to compensation within 48, however i am still yet to hear from them.

I believe i should in fact be compensated for the whole flight for my inconvenience. I should receive at least £300 for this.
