Jet Airways — late for registration with jet airways faults | |||||
I, maksymenko anastasiia, ukrainian citizen, bought ticket in jet airways direction delhi-mangalore 9w - 848 for date 12/12/2017. Plain was leaving leaving 3:25 pm. I was in airport in cue to registration from 2:12 pm. Cue was so big and long that by the time i reached registration reception at 3:05 pm they told me that it is already too late to register and i have missed my flight and lost my ticket. There was no any announcement in english for delaying passengers, no any voice call my name or anounce that "please come fast, registration is finishing", there was no chance to get out of the cue because there is a boundaries in the cue and once you are in, you can't get out - people in the front, people in the back and boundaries on the sides. I'm sure that there is no fault in my side as i came in time! And i insure u i will address to the court if that will be required, but i'm sure that jet airways must refund my ticket cast that i loat by company fault, or jet airways must give me opportunity to buy any ticket of their company with minus 7584 rs, amount that i have lost because of nonsense organisation in jet airways registration point in indira gandhi airport in delhi. I was travelling with my infant and family on 11th dec 2017 and faced similor issue with this airline. The jet airways delhi airport staff hold me for a while at counter and told me wait for your turn and when my turn came they told me you are 5 min late and not allow me for check-in. Please let me know if you are planning to case on this airline.
